Intenta actualizar el juego, y sino hay ninguna actualización, utiliza la opción de "reparar" o como se llame dependiendo de la plataforma en la que juegues... a mi me pasó lo mismo, con cuelgues constantes, le di a "reparar" en Steam, me encontró una actualización y luego todo perfecto.
