Fallout 4 Bug Cait

Se supone que cuando estas a tope de afinidad te da una misión de desintoxicarse, pues me lo ha hablado, pero la misión no aparece, la he llevado hasta la silla Ena el Refugio para desintoxicarse pero como no hay misión no se siente. Leí por ahí que durmiese 3dias y volviese a hablarme con ella, pero nada!.

The quest might not trigger after Cait's dialogue. If that happens, you can workaround this by not allowing her to talk to you about it (choose the "Maybe Later" option). You need her to not be your companion but you can't dismiss her directly without triggering the dialog. Find another one of your companions, and ask them to join you. Send Cait on her way. As she is leaving, talk to her. This will trigger the dialog again and this time the quest will show up in your quest log.

En su momento no recuerdo ningún problema para activar esta misión, pero puedes intentar eso que indican en Wikia.... que básicamente es encontrar otro compañero, mandar a paseo a Cait y mientras se va hablar con ella.
